Because you’re spending a lot of time doing what you actually love, you just need some quick inputs to improve. By short and effective specific workouts  you can directly integrate. This program is the best way to get ready physically and mentally for your skiing trip or to get a great season. We work on your posterior chain, hips, legs and core power, mobility, stability, agility to get ready, have more confidence and reduce the risk of of injury. 

We work on your posture and muscle memory to improve your skiing technique.

ready for summersports

Strength and endurance where you need it, ready for hiking, running, tennis and anything else. 

This program focuses on improving your core hip and leg strength specifically for hiking, running, trail running and stop and go movements like in tennis. We also work on important tendon and ligament strength and mobility.  Exercises to strengthen your  feet to get more stability in the rest ouf your body.

And exercises for a strong and flexible back, improve the posture and get more air into the lungs.

 ready for surfing

This program is the best way to get ready physically and mentally for your surf trip or a session in Alaïa Bay in Sion. We will work on your lower extremities, the core, the lower and upper back, shoulders and arms. Surf specific strength, agility, flexibility, coordination and balance. All exercises are surf specific, we will do some mental training to understand, feel and automatise the key movements and get them into the muscle memory. Improve your pop up, your stand, turns and your paddling position and strength. You will get fitter and recover faster, improve your technique, work on your week points, become more confident out in the ocean and enjoy your surfing more. Smooth star or carver training and swim and paddle training are also available on demand.

Energise your body and mind after the winter. Yogapilates mix flow for more happiness! We work on mobility and core strength for a solid base and healthy posture. Focus on breath, awareness, posture and core stability.
